About your trainer

Hi there, I’m Kay, a former teacher and proud owner of Daisy First Aid Gosport, Fareham, and Bursledon. It’s my pleasure to teach our award-winning paediatric first aid classes in the area. Being a mum of two I understand how worrying it can be when children are suddenly ill or injured. My toddler certainly enjoys seeking out mischief (AKA hazards) and keeping me on my toes! And her big brother has had his fair share of minor injuries! I attended Daisy First Aid training for both my children when they were babies which led me to eventually becoming a Daisy franchisee myself.

I love passing on such valuable skills and knowledge. I also love the variety my job brings. At any one time I might be training a local community group, delivering a private class, teaching family first aid to parent employees in the workplace, teaching school children, childcare professionals or delivering our ever-popular family first aid in local venues. I get to meet so many beautiful babies too as they are welcome in our classes. Learning vital skills such as choking, and CPR techniques is easier than you think! And if more of us learnt it think how many more lives could be saved!

I believe first aid should be informative, yet simple and fun to learn. Hopefully, my reviews speak for themselves! There are no scary videos or forced role play in my classes its all very informal and friendly.
